Deadbead Dad wont work owes me about 5,000 in back child support for his two kids ripoff

My Ex Husbands avoids paying child support. He owes me around 5,000 in back child support with monthly payments of 332.00 a month. He avoids working and jumps around from different peoples addresses so child support enforcement cant find him to serve him with court papers. He is a dead bead father who is never around and when he is all he does is lie and deceive his children.
