Something needs to be done about Monroe County Domestic Relations in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. They seem to only cater to the custodial parents without regard to the non-custodial parents that have to live also. They need to stop letting the custodial parents cry poverty and keep driving up the support amounts of the non-custodial parents to the point that they can't survive on their own. Some of these non-custodial parents are left with barely enough money to support themselves or spouses and other children, while the custodial parents are living a lavish life. The worse part about the entire child support system is the non-custodial parents can't prove that their child support is not being used on the child (ren). Domestic relations doesn't seem to care where the money goes as long as it's being paid and the non-custodial parents are suffering with the label "DEADBEAT". Domestic relations used to have a percentage of the non-custodial parents income that they would base the support amount on but no longer have that and just continue to suck the life out of every non-custodial parent out there. Something needs to be done before every non-custodial parent loses everything they have including the bond with their child (ren) or wind up living under a bridge somewhere because they have no money left to support themselves or their families.
Especially when there are custodial parents like my husbands ex-girlfriend. She took my husband back to court for MORE child support just because he took her to court for HIS share of custody of his son. She lied to the support master and told her that she brought him back because she needed help with Day care and Doctor bills. When the support master left the room for a couple of minutes to copy some paper work his ex-girlfriend looked at him and said "You know the REAL reason I brought you back into court for more support is because you took me for custody if you wouldn't have done that we wouldn't be here right now".
What is so wrong with a father going for his legal right of some kind of custody of his son? I don't see a wrong in that at all. I am e-mailing anyone that I think that can help to stop women like her because she just took money away from our daughter that my husband and I have together out of spite. I have already got an e-mail in with the monroe county commisioner and she has already responded to my e-mail and is willing to help. Something has to be done to stop these women!!!
