Support Kids, using the name "Child Support Enforcement" was called by my ex-wife so that she can get back and screw me over for a child support case. I have been paying child support faithfully for the past 6 years, but she said that she was going to screw me good.
I am a consultant, and my ex-wife had Support Kids contact my clients and demand that they garnish my payments. My clients told them that I do not work there and immediately fired me.
I don't care what justification they "think" they have, they are a COLLECTION AGENCY, and have no rights to harrass clients. If I were an employee, that would have been another thing, but I am not. Furthermore, I have been forgiven for my arears!
I was then contacted by them to pay child support payments via WESTERN UNION or MONEYGRAM to prevent any more problems. I found that very funny, so I decided to go to the Dept. Of Revenue Child Support Enforcement. They told me that Support Kids DOES NOT REPORT any payments to the real Child Support Enforcement Agency, and any judge would call those payments a gift. I decided to open a case with the Child Support Enforcement Agency so that any more of this confusion will end.
I feel that any person who uses these strong arm jerks impersonation Child Support Enforcement will have only problems in the future because they take 34% of your child's money. DON'T BE FOOLED by these people!
