I have a pre-paid card for direct deposit ONLY with Greendot they closed my account Nov 8 in error and has inconvenienced me with no regard. I have money on my old closed card with no access to my funds. I called they told me get a temporary card however the temp card has so many restrictions I can barely use it. Now they FINALLY sent a replacement card but WILL NOT send it via UPS or FEDEX they are Hijacking my funds I cannot access my money and I have to wait 15 days to get a replacement. This is the most unfair and inconvenient action from a company i've ever experienced.
