GreenDot lets prepaid cards with balances expire and then tells you to wait 2-3 weeks before sending you a new card while not letting you access your funds. They want 19.95 for "priority processing" AFTER card is expired so you can access your PRE-DEPOSITED funds. Calling them weeks prior to expiration does NO good, you still are extorted for the 19.95 fee. All customer service says is I'm Sorry with no solution other than gimmie the 19.95 or you won't be able to get your money from us until we are ready to send you a new card.
