Ripoff unfair practices

A representative closed my credit card without my request or knowledge. Nothing on my statements nor online billing information indicates the card was closed. There were some 43,000 reward points that were deleted due to this unfair closing which will cost me hundreds of dollars. Chase refuses to
re-instate the account as it was closed over 90 days ago. I had no way of knowing it had been closed. Nothing anywhere indicates that. It shows I have $26,700.00 available credit on my statement and online. I recently overpaid the balance and, when calling in for a refund, found the account had been closed.

There was no possible way for me to know this as I have not tried to charge anything to the account in several months. This is totally unfair and unjustified. Pleae help me if you can.
