I started with justcloud when it first began and they offered me unlimited space for control of my credit card.
Two days ago i got a letter from their "legal department" stating i had too much storage and should get a "business account" or they were going to delete all my files.
I wrote back telling them i would sue them for that - but wanted to speak to them about this and gave them my private number. I am a painter and my files are large - i think there is about 1.3 tb on the server when i got this message. It had been there for a long time without any complaints.
I told them they would have to pay me for my time to download all these files - so, what did they do - they erased them!!! Not in 30 days - but in one or two days!!!
These scam artists are hiding as well - they have covered listings of their owners as well as locations.
Do not use them under any circumstances and as fast as you can - dowload your files and go somewhere. These people seem to be criminals to me.
