Had an imminent hard drive failure occurring. Purchased JustCloud accound and spent a day downloading files... Ever so slow.
Computer hard drive failed and new one installed. Went to JustCloud site to get my saved files and they want me to purchase another licence.
Every little thing with this company is mickey mouse. You are in before you realize that you pay extra for saving videos, music etc. This is simple stuff and JustCloud (MYPCBackup is the same outfit) and the same scam.
Stay away from them if you have any sense at all.
