Firstly it has taken many weeks to back up my system.
OK I have persevered and I have finally got there. But any video files I have tried to back up over 70Mb have not backed up and there are hundreds of files missing that should have been backed up I wanted this service to back and keep safe up all my home movies I have on my drives but it will only backup the small ones under 70GB in size.
Since I purchased a 3 year subscription I have been backing up my USB drive and all its files to my unlimited back up service but suddenly I am getting a message that I now need to upgrade to continue backing up the rest of my files! When I subscribed this was what I paid for and you have taken it away.
As well as that I can now only automatically backup files under 1Gb in size compared to last week where I could upload files of up to 5Gb in size, you are taking away or reducing services I should still have. The Just Cloud service has not provided me with what I was originally promised. Plus I am getting bombarded with request to upgrade anything and everything. Not a very good experience really.
Now I will have to pay them a $15 fee to cancel. SCAM Avoid do not be tempted by the fancy website ane all the good reviews. They are not from real customers!
