You must inspect every element of your JustCloud client, as by default mostly every file type aside from documents are not set to back up, and the file limit size is turned down. JustCloud is constantly cutting corners and attempting to rip off computer newbies who don't understand that their service is ripping them off. The worst part of this, is they slowly take features away and offer them for an additional price to your subscription. I chose JustCloud over an external hard drive because of it's automation features. Last week all video files and files over 1GB are excluded from automated backup. This is a bait-and-switch scam and I am doing everything I can to get these features back free of charge.
Additionally, they have a mobile app that malfunctions. I attempted to download a single file, but the app continued to download every single file in that folder, resulting in $50 of data overusage on my telephone plan. There is no way to monitor or cancel downloading files.
Stay away from this company.
