Low quality product requiring many upsells to get a usable backup solution. This obviously costs much more than the competition.
They also have no encryption of your files on their server. This means they can easily view your files.
After requesting a refund they said they will process it. 10 days later it was still not done. Hopefully the PayPal dispute will resolve the issue.
