I have experienced many many many problems since just purchasing just cloud on a windows based machine
I paid for unlimited support
I paid for super fast back ups (extra money)
I paid for priority response from the staff (extra money)
I set up my back up - it started an completed (3Tb) i thought great this is a wonderful service.
* HOWEVER when i investigated the files - i found most of the folders were empty - no files backed up (this is not because i had a file type exclusion or because i had a problem with my file sizes - it just did not back up my files)
I have emailed them detailed instructions on what i did to set up my back up and emailed screen shots of the failures - and they have failed to respond in more than 5 days (how can one work in such a setting)
I consider this a very very unreliable service - I strongly recommend people do not utilise this product
