Monday, August 26, we had an appointment from you to have our connections restored, and a gentleman from your company, by the name of Bob (we don't have a last name), came as scheduled to our home and was the most professional and courteous person we've encountered for some time. It was sooooooooooooooo hot and humid that day we attempted to overflow him with cold beverages, and he remained as courteous throughout his entire time here. We're sure you have many dedicated employees, but Bob exceeded and we hope if we ever need service from you we can request him.
