I work from home and decided to use Windstream as my isp. Since using this company, I have been unable to complete my work from home job on several occasions due to their horrible connections. I have to log in to a VPN and the ping rates are so high it will not connect me or I can not stay connected. I have numerous times called their customer support line and have been repeatedly lied to about resolutions. I would never recommend Windstream and I would certainly recommend that you explore any ANY other option. They do not value customers and will not work to resolve your issues. Horrible Horrible Customer Service and Internet service!!!
