Ordered appliance online on the 1st, delivery was confirmed by purchase email for the 15th. No one called or arrived on or before the 15th. I called and they said it was postponed to the 17th. No call or delivery on the 17th. Called again, now they didn't know when it would come in as the delay was with the manufacturer, Whirlpool. After following up, they said that it will come on the 27th, still no delivery, they claim it left the Lowes warehouse and its still not in the local store. After speaking with customer care they said that I would get a call when it comes in. I received a call on the 28th saying it may come on the 7th of September. This is beyond ridiculous.
