I ordered from this site and my card was charged immediately on August 13th. I never received a confirmation email, and weeks later didn't receive a shipment despite paying for expedited shipping.
I have called their customer service several times and contacted them via email and left messages with their live chat service. It has been more than a week and I have not had any of my messages returned.
