HomeIndoor.com baited me to purchase products from them with a low price, advertisement for FREE and SAME DAY Shipping. After they baited me, they switched shipping time to over ONE MONTH - you got it (1) one month. I have the documentation to support these claims otherwise I would not be tyring this out and reporting it.
Now has cancelled my order without my asking them to do so after I spent days, hours and money trying to track down a shipment on two orders I made from them September 18.
After days of trying to get in touch with someone the live chat operator (finally online!) at 12pm EST tells me it will take ANOTHER TWO Weeks for them to receive the items and ship. I ordered 9-18-11 as website advertises free and same day shipping. That means that by the time (or if) order shipped, it would be more than 30 days after the order was placed. SAME DAY SHIPPING and SHIPS IN A MONTH are pretty far apart in terms of shipping quotes. Now my contractor is out of luck for an installation due to the order being abruptly cancelled (without having asked them to do so, I might add).
I have lots of interesting screen captures, both of the live chat and email responses I received moments ago - after several days of sending NUMEROUS messages and emails.
This company is a joke for customer relations and service. I will never knowing do business here again, EVER (if I can help it) due to the rude and ridiculous antics and poor ethics displayed by this self proclaimed business.
BUYER BEWARE... Unless you don't mind waiting for months...
