I ordered some supplements a few weeks ago. I received an order confirmation, but never a shipment confirmation. I attempted to email and call the company. The phone service only allows you to leave a voice mail with your issue and states you will receive an email back. After several messages via phone and email, I received an email stating that my supplements had been back ordered and that they would ship on 10/13. Today is 10/13 and that has NOT occurred. Per usual, I still can not get up with anyone via phone or email and have received NO tracking information. This has been highly stressful for me because I need these supplements for breast feeding and my baby is due any day. NutroVita should be ashamed of themselves for their deceptive business practices and terrible customer service. I only wish I would have seen these reviews prior to ordering.
