Ordered a wig from this company and then decided I wanted a different (more expensive style) but decided to wait and see if my money was refunded. I ordered on the week end and during a live chat with rep I was told on Sunday that the order would be cancelled and even received an email concerning it. I was told 7-10 days from May 6th. Since then I cannot get them by phone, email at customer service, or live chat. I have left them email messages, with no response. I printed out all the live chat information and intend to make a claim against them with Paypal
