I, also, purchased tanning lotions before from this company. It took quite a while to receive them, but all was well with the order. I went back to this website, because the company normally I do business with does not sell this particular lotion customers keep asking for. I ordered on Sept. 13th, I was charged on my credit card the same day of order. I received nothing back from them as far as confirmation of order shipping. I emailed and tried to call several weeks later.
The Phone # is always an answering machine, I left more messages than I could count, and never received a call back. I email numerous times, also, and finally got an email back about 3 weeks after order, stating that I would receive the order 'next week'.'Next week' came and went, and still no shipping confirmation, this back and forth action went on for 6 weeks, with them telling me the same thing every time, 'next week'.
Finally I received my order, and there was lotion that was 'no longer available' they said they were 'crediting my account' for the lotion that was not included. Also, I received lotion that was not WHAT i ordered. I emailed and left more messages about the wrong lotion sent (that was cheeper than what I ordered) I told them I needed credit for lotion That I paid too much for and lotion never recaived. Nothing... Still waiting!
