I ordered from the www.lnt.com or Linens-N-Things the first week of May. My first problem was they said they would email me an order # and confirmation, which they never did. I spent 1 week getting a hold of someone who finally was able to give me that information.
I thought that would be a good sign, but then 3-4 weeks later, my order still says pending. I have been calling every 30 minutes 8 hours a day for 3 days now to talk to a customer service rep. It ALWAYS says they are unavailable. I have left 4 messages for someone to call me back... NOTHING.
To cancel your order you must speak with a customer rep, which never answers, never calls back. I have left email messages... NOTHING!!! I still want to cancel my order & can't get ahold of ANYONE! I'm beyond frustrated. THere is no help, no customer service... I thing I am getting ripped off, I already gave them my credit card!!
