I ordered paper supplies for my wedding that is on 8/25. I ordered from this company on 7/28, their website indicated orders would be received within 1 week. They contacted me via email about 10 days ago saying that they were packing my order and would get me a tracking number. I have received nothing since and I have left voice mail, email, chat messge, facebook message over several days and have had no reply. Now I am going to have to purchase additional supplies and am trying to get my money back
