I placed and order at the beginning of March for party supplies for a birthday party. I was sent an order confirmation email stating that my order had been processed. A few days later I got another email saying one or more of my items would delay the shipping and to reply back with my event date so that my order would be shipped in time. I replied back immediately. A whole week later I received another email saying my order would ship within ten days and I'd receive another shipping confirmation email. 14 days past and I still got nothing via email. I contacted the company Again and again. No reply. 16 days past and I finally heard back saying it'd be another ten days before my order would even arrive to them and then it would ship. All the emails were signed by a woman named Norma. I have left several messages via email, phone and on their Facebook page and have gotten nothing back. I'm in the process of getting my money back. This company is a scam and do not order from them!!!
