We bought a laptop and thought we said no to the service plan and the insurance plan. Now we are stuck with two years of payments of $30.00 plus insurance payments and are told that we cannot cancel. We do not use the service plan and do not know what it involves as we received no information on it with the purchase. We are trying to get a copy of the service agreement that we supposedly signed but as of yet are unsuccessful. Will not buy from Best Buy again without going line by line over the receipt at time of purchase and having them explain every code and what it means before using the credit card.
