My complaint is with their forcing me to sign a new contract even though they did not honor their own service plan. My plan was for national coverage, yet when in North Carolina, with a Houston phone number, I was hit with massive amounts of roaming fees. I had intentionally confirmed the service plan before signing up because I knew I would be traveling a lot. I called after receiving the first bill which they adjusted. When my phone continued to go into roam, I called back telling them they needed to fix this. At this time, they offered to fix my "problem" only if I signed a new 2 yr agreement with them. I was already one and a half years into the plan and refused to sign up because they were trying to focre me into a new contract. That was three years ago and they have put this on my credit report just recently.
Any idea of how to combat this??
