Booking.com and District Hotel Washington DC
Charged 2 nightss for a canceled reservation

I used booking.com to make a reservation in June for 3 nights at the Didtrict Hotel in Washington DC and I canceled it a week later, I was told there is no fee for cancelations. I was Charged 2 nights at $99. And they tell me I did not cancel but i did on the web page.
