Horrible service and staff. I have done several laser treatments elsewhere before but this one gaves me discoloration and the doctor said it was a pimple!!! Plz! Do I not know the difference between a pimple mark and two big black discolored laser sized marks exactly where it was used! On top of that the doctor said since I "cancelled" (by cancel I mean I called them to change my appointment) my appointment, it would be considered as used service according to their 24 hr cancellation policy. Give me a break!!! This when their own wait time is 1 hr. I stopped going there even when I had 2 (according to them only 1 session left) sessions left! God spare me the headache! Not worth a penny I would say!!
