Where do I start. I bought groupon deal over 6 months ago for six sessions of laser hair removal. The receptionist are extremely rude. When the owner walked in they hid their mobiles and food from the desk and all of a sudden they started smiling. MY first appointment no one answered had to go myself to book it there. Second appointment I go there and I find a note on the door saying they have moved clinic. I go to new clinic they tell me that they do not have a computer system yet so they will phone me when they get their new phone lines for a new booking. 2 months later no phone call. Again I had to go there to book the apppointment. When I go for my third appointment (which please note this is 6 months after my first appointment) The gate is closed and a note is hanging there. Saying we cannot see clients until saturday. This is the most unprofessional clinic I have ever been to in my entire life! I pay taxis everytime I go to this clinic. Its costing me so much for a treatment which Im not even benefiting from. I WANT MY REFUND for all the sessions.
