What a joke! Don't buy a groupon from this place. They refuse to answer either of their two phone lines. I finally walked in to make an appointment. The earliest they had was 3 months away. Then a friend of mine who bought the same Groupon emailed and they said they had one available the next day. She went in and they had given her appointment away so she had to re-book. I emailed and got an appoinment 3 days away. I went in and the same thing happened. They had given my appointment away. If they do it again, I will demand they give me the $75 cancellation charge they would impose on me if I didn't show up for an appointment. They say they "oversold" their Groupon, but it's not Groupon's fault they don't know how to book appointments.
I want Groupon to refuse to provide Lisse Laser their services again. Lisse Laser cannot handle it.
