US magazine issue for May 6 depicts a full page (both sides of the page) of advertising for Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing. The picture shows a man wearing an unbuttoned white shirt and black brief underwear laying across a dining room table with a salad bowl sitting in front of him. He's looking straight at the camera and in his hand he is holding a bottle of Kraft Italian Dressing and tipping it on it's side so that the only thing that is coming out of the bottle of dressing is one glistening drop. The caption above the picture says, "The only thing better than dressing is undressing." Very poor judgement in advertising. It suggests that consumers should undress while they pour their salad dressing onto their salad. It is infused with sexual implications and completely diverts from the product being advertised - SALAD DRESSING. How terribly sad to see such a well known company display such poor character in marketing sex rather than friendly family food.
