Laser Tattoo removal

I bought a package of five laser tattoo removal sessions.
During the third session, i was scarred so badly, my doctor advised me to discontinue treatments.
However, bioderm says that they do not issue refunds.
Why should i be charged for bad service?
It isn't my fault that i was scarred and have to discontinue treatments!!
