I met with agent to view property on the 22 january same day we signed offer to purchase till today we haven't move in the property tols us they getting difficulties to evict the people as they need to follow procedure was promised to move in may 15 th. I paid for transferring and registration fees on the 20 th march was promised that ill move as soon as I pay the fees did that but I'm not benefiting from that was adviced by sms on friday 14 th june that the seller didn't have money to pay for the eviction when I was adviced by the agent that eviction will happen on the weekend and bond will register next week which is this week. I requested copy of the eviction order till today I haven't received it this is unacceptable I just need justice to be done or my money back.
