I placed an order a little before 3 PM eastern time. I added the express 4 hour service for the additional $5.99 and the flowers have not been delivered. It is after 8 o’clock and with the express service they should have been there at least by 7 PM. I do not want to be charged for this express service which I did not receive and also I would like to know the status of the flowers or if they will even be delivered at all. Tried contacting numerous customer service reps and nothing. They provide various email addresses that do no respond to you and phone numbers that lead you to a voicemail or right back to an email address. Complete waste of time and money. If you want to order flowers for a loved one, I would advise anyone to steer clear of this company.
