On December 9, I placed an order as a gift to be delivered December 16. I received an email that the order was confirmed, with an order number and with the correct information and the cost. The recipient never received the flowers. I have emailed them three times, beginning December 20 using their contact email address and called twice, leaving on voice mail my contact information, order number, etc. I have yet to receive a response. It is now January 8. Someone tell me how to reach this company. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
