The first order I placed was delivered the day AFTER the funeral. When I complained Wesley Berry Flowers refunded the purchase price and offered a discount on my next order. Subsequently, I took advantage of the discount offer when my granddaughter was hospitalized for a minor surgery and was released and had left for college before the flowers were delivered. I emailed to cancel the order but they had already placed an order with a florist near to my granddaughter. OK, I should have learned a lesson when the first order went south. Wesley Berry Flowers doesn%u2019t have any flowers to deliver, when you order through them they order them from a real florist for you and their price includes a fee for the service.
My advice is; if you want flowers delivered search the Internet for a florist near the recipients location and order on the phone. The odds are they service will be better and will cost less.
