Rather than calling me with questions on an express order for a funeral arrangement, they sent an email and when I didn't receive that for 3 days (had no reason I knew of to monitor email!), they didn't fill the order. When I called to request a refund, I was talked to horribly, hung up on, lied to, and finally told I would receive my refund in 7-10 days. Horrible customer service!!!
