Non delivery of flowers - Wesley Berry Flowers Flowers Express

I oredered flowers through the WESLEY BERRY FLOWERS website for a friends funeral and they promised they would be there the day of the funeral. The funeral home never received them, when I called and finally reached a live person they told me that the flowers were not able to be delivered to the funeral home and that they could deliver them to another address. They said I would get a 40.00 dollar refund. I paid 84.44 for the flowers and am very distraught that the family never recieved these flowers. I will never do business with this company again and am spreading the word about their internet scam.
