Ordered the flowers and they were not delivered... Then when I talked to customer service for a refund they first said they did not have any fresh flowers and would have to be delivered the next day... I told them the funeral was over! They then said they were delivered... That they were referring accidentally to another order... I told them this particular funeral home takes pictures of the flower and the card with it as they are delivered. Will never deal with this company again. Beware!
