I paid $14.95 for a free sample to Body Trim in February. On our Westpac statement which we received yesterday an amount of $199.00 was debited on the 7/3, $29.90 on the 7/3, and $29.90 on the 5/4. These payments were not authorized.
On contacting the Company today to find out what the amounts were for I was told that was for the contract I agreed to. Under no circumstances when I ordered the Body Trim cookies and choc bars for a free trial for $14.95 was I told the amount would be $199.
The Company spokesperson informed me they would credit the two $29.90 amounts within 5 days but they would not be reimbursing the $199.00.
