Beware. This is a very inept, dishonest company. I ordered flowers on 5/30 about noon to be delivered the same day. The delivery location was in a different time zone (an hour earlier than where I am.) The flowers were not delivered that day. When I called the morning of 5/31 to complain and ask for my money back, they told me "no" and that the flowers were already out for delivery.in fact, they were not delivered until 5:00 the next day. When the delivery and handling charge is almost $24.00, it is my feeling that they should deliver when they say they will. They customer service rep did email me a $30 credit toward a future purchase. I tried to use it yesterday to have more flowers sent, and when I applied the code, it was invalid and would not give me the discount. I again contacted customer service and was basically told that I was an idiot and just didn't know how to put in the coupon code. This is far from true, but needless to say, I did not order more flowers from them, and will be warning everyone else to do the same. I wish I had read reviews or stuck to one of the larger companies that knows what they're doing. Flower Delivery Express is TOTALLY incompetent!
