After listening to my music via phone in the car, i proceeded to remove cord from my phone. Upon removing it, the audio cable broke in my phone leaving the gold tip stuck in my phone. I can't remove it and will have to get another one at regular price ($300.00). The audio cable I bought was cheaply made and I am very upset with the fact that it left my phone in a broken state. Is there any way I can get my money back from the cord I purchased as well as be reimbursed for my phone? Thank you.
