Got the same letter others were talking about saying I was a winner in the CONSUMER PROMOTION DRAW", and included was a check for $3,650.00. I just had to pay the tax amount of $980 by Western Union or Money Gram to Mrs. Ruth Lambert in the UK. No go for me... As I agree, it sounds too good to be true and probably a SCAM!
