I submitted three rebate requests online on August 29 to onrebate.com for things that I purchased from TigerDirect. The rebates are for $14.99, $9.99 and $2.99 respectively. Onrebate sent acceptance confirmations for all three rebates on Sep 23, Sep 21 and Oct 5. Their website claims that I will receive my rebates 1-2 weeks after receiving the acceptance confirmation. It is already Dec 7, a good 10 weeks since they sent me the acceptance emails, and the only rebate I've receive so far is the $2.99 (last Oct 27). Since I opted to have the rebates sent to my Paypal account, I will stand to lose $1 from each rebate. I have called Onrebate several times in the fast four weeks and talked to several of their customer service representatives (a guy named Angel is one of them). They all assured me that my remaining rebates are coming. I even sent a letter to their CEO and Customer Service Manager before Thanksgiving. But up until now, I haven't heard anything from them nor have I received a single cent. I am getting frustrated and angry at this company's imcompetence or indifference. Their website's testimonials are nothing but lies to make them look good. My experience is proof of that. They lied to me! I will never do business with this company again. Their claim that they will send your rebate within 1-2 weeks is a blatant falsehood!
