The drastic color difference in the Rug Studio website image and the actual rug is disappointing to say the least, but Rug Studio accepts this practice because it has the disclaimer %u201Dcolors may vary.%u201D There is a huge difference between the color yellow and ivory; and it shouldn%u2019t be that hard to display that information on a website.
They do say I can send the rug back at my expense with no problems%u2026%u2026. We will see. I don%u2019t really trust them at this point.
I will not buy from them again.
