Why was a co manager allowed to write a letter to upper management about his manager who fired him for sexual harassment, this was the second time he was fired for that reason. When the manager fired hi he stated"watch Your back" that is considered a threat. He stated the manager was social with his employees and so the manager was terminated. This same manager was a dedicated employee for 10 yr, giving up his lunch getting a score of 95 and receiving an award just two weeks for his outstanding work!!! Is the statement "watch your back" good cause???
