Received letter of "Cash Prize Notification" dated 04/08 regarding "consumer promotion draw" organized for all customers of the participated retail stores in the North America and UK. Such as Walgreens, Wal-Mart, Best Buy and Safeway etc., A check of $3,950 enclosed and Tax Amount of $1,920 should pay to Mrs. Victoria Mendez at London United Kingdom. I am definitely sure it is a scam!!!
