I was told my vehicle would be shipped at an initial quoted price of $600 and would be picked up between 1-10 days. After two weeks the car has still not been picked up. Russ, the broker, claims that if I want to have it shipped I can, but it will cost me $1000 or I would have to wait longer until a driver decides to pick it up, if that ever happens. A quote is an estimate, I understand, but to give a quote that is $400 off and a time frame that is days over is not an accurate quote and misleading to customers. I feel that I was taken advantage of and severely miss lead. If the quote sounds to good to be true, chances are it probably is.
