Ihave used this company on 2 occassions the first occasion was in 2012. Geico requested them to come out on an emergency road service call. The Owner/Manager has and ego issue. The told me that they would be at my location 30 min. And that was a lie the arrived in 1 hour and no apologie or anything. I complained to the manager/owner and he told the tow driver to let my car down and drive off. I had to call another service provider to come out. Then today Geico called them out, I paid with my debit card and the same thing lying about the time of arrival. The Manager / Owner tells the guy to show up and then not give me the gas I need for the service and then charges my debit card for the full charge. I filed a complaint with Geico and Chase and informed them that they did not render service yet they charged my card. This company is rude, has bad services and as far as I am concerned a thief for taking my funds event though no service was given.
