Screwed up estimate

I recently contacted the Home Depot in Boulder, CO to get an estimate on a small kitchen floor at a rental property. That was 10 days ago and still have not been able to get a quote. Here is the process - so far:
1. Called to arrange an appointment for them to measure. I was told I had to pick a flooring before they would schedule.
2. First trip to the store. Picked Alure flooring & put in request to schedule an appointment. This cost me $50. I was told they would call at about 7:30am the morning of the appointment to give me a 4-hour window for the guy to show up.
3. Prior to the appointment day I got call they needed flooring sku to schedule. I explained that was done. They did not have the number.
4. Second trip to the store. Got the sku (wrote it down this time) and rescheduled for May 3rd.
5. First trip to the property. Measuring guy shows up on-time. Told me I could expect my estimate the next day.
6. Finally got a message on my office phone after business hours on 3 days later telling me the floor is uneven & Alure flooring will not work. Have to go back to the store to pick a different flooring.
7. Back to the store - again. Picked some vinyl flooring just so I can get a quote. The staff now tells me I have to make ANOTHER appointment with an installer so they can give me an accurate quote.
8. I am now waiting for their installer to call me.

So, what other stores can give me in a couple of days and one trip has now taken several trips to the store and the property I still do not have an estimate!

Do not use this guys for installations!
