Provided a quote for $800 to ship from NY to California in mid-July. Told us that it would be "no problem" to get the car picked up.
Collected a $195 broker fee to secure the shipping price
After 14 days we were told that we needed to "upgrade" to the next highest level of service.
Mary, the customer service person informed my wife that she "had no common sense if we actually thought that the car would ship for $800" then hung up on us.
Called back and asked for a quote for expedited service. It has been 25 days and our car is still sitting in NY. Mary refuses to return calls/e-mails and hung up on me twice when pressed for a shipping date.
We will be filing against them in California Small Claims for the broker fee and additional damages for loss of use of our vehicle.
